2nd to 8th April

Happy Birthdee to Margaret & Steven (Peter brother & sister)


Peter working truck this week... fingers crossed it continues!
Good friend Cassie came with the boys & I to the gardens for few hours... was really nice to catch up.
Easter weekend - Hurdle & Kerry & tribe up back block.  Was lovely. Had sausage sizzle. Kids loved it.  Went to grannys for roast lunch on Sunday.  The boys got so much chocolate...& Easter bunny even came to our house... Timmy got pair of socks hehe

9th to 15th April

Happy Birthday to my cousins little girl Emma...  wish u closer!!! miss u!
Timmy 1 month this week - time sure flies...
Monday - drove over to hurdles and guess what left corn meat boiling on the stove.  That terrible feeling.  Flew home & all was ok...  was only on low! PHEW!!!
Peter working tipper driving back & forth from quarry to Duaringa.  Expensive as spending $450/day in fuel.  Stayed at Myella Farm stay near Baralaba.
So am left alone with the boys.  Best thing I think is to wear them out!  Each morning & afternoon I let them run riot outside and they love it for a few hours.  After the morning stint they have a sleep *together thank goodness for at least an hour.  Timmy sometimes gives me time out too & has gone down with them.  Took the boys grocery shop on own.  What an adventure & exhausting.
My Dad & brother Mike were up fixing roof this week.... they just head down bum up hey & get the job done!!!!  Only bad thing was the boys couldn't go outside some mornings so had to amuse them inside. Was good to see them a bit regularly because I really do feel a tad withdrawn from my family. Dont get me wrong when I see them its great but because am all the way up here in the hills get left out sometimes!!
Jami home Saturday here until 29th.  Stayed at Lyns Saturday/Sunday night....geez that didn't take long.

16th to 22nd April

Peter working truck, staying at Myella most of the week.  Peter said when he was staying there approx 7 years ago the going rate was $35/night now its up to $90/night and mainly because not alot of backpackers stay any longer & contractors for the mines & gas companies stay there.
My Grandma passed .... so very sad... I miss her terribly... & think of her often.  She was such a beautiful person & even while typing this have tears in my eyes.  She is with Granddad now!!!

23rd to 30th April

Pretty stressful week.  Our Bank Manager has left and left us in a HUGE mess!!  Anyway dont need to type the details...lets just say things are not good.  On Anzac Day, Peter & Boys slept for 2.5 hours.  Jami still in Rocky.  Enough said about that!
Timmy had check up with Leonie Gray and said he has heart murmur & ordered an echo at the Base.  Doctor not too concerned otherwise she would of urgently ordered it.  Am not too concerned either as Riley had something similar and grew out of it.  Lucky me had to see Dr Etherington for my 6 week check up too!  Had one of the yucky things!!! 
Jami left.... gave me a love u mum necklace - very touched!!  Wear it all the time!
